Care :

Hand washing is the only and best way to wash your mugs and cups.

They are not microwave safe due to the metallic paint, the gold paint will get cracked. 

Please note due to colours varying from desktops and laptops computers and smartphones the colours on your mugs/cups may slightly vary to what you see on the screen.

Returns

Every item is hand-painted individually. Each one is unique, there will be some similarities in colours and design but there is no identical items.

I am very passionate about my work and I do my best to make sure you get a beautiful and high quality product. But If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase I am happy to accept the return within 14 days of received as long it is in perfect condition and it hasn't been used. It is extremely important to me that my artworks are loved in their new home.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch within 2 days after you received the products and I am more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

If by any chance they arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damage (including the packaging) and contact me within 48hrs of receiving your delivery.

Unfortunately shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is damaged in the shipping process we will happily discuss a replacement or exchange. Please send us your order number, the images of the broken piece(s) with packaging, and also keep the broken piece(s) until we are done with the claim.
