Returns

Every item is hand-painted individually. Each one is unique, there will be some similarities in colours and design but there is no identical items.I am very passionate about my work and I do my best to make sure you get a beautiful and high quality product. If you have any questions about your product, please do not hesitate to contact me at hello@paulab-art.com and I will deal with your query or issue.

If by any chance you are not happy with your purchase I will accept the return of the unused product within 14 days of your received purchase. To start a return ,please contact us at hello@paulab-art.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returned items bust be returned with their receipt proof of purchase in their unused and original condition and original packaging. 

The return shipping costs in this case is the buyer responsibility.

 Unfortunately sales items are eligible for returns. 

 If by any chance your purchase arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage (including the packaging) and contact me within 48hrs of receiving your delivery.

If the item is damaged in the shipping process we will happily discuss a replacement or exchange and organise the return shipping for you. Please send us your order number, the images of the broken piece(s) with packaging, and also keep the broken piece(s) until we are done with the claim.

Estimated shipping times to Uk are between 3-5 business days by standard delivery,. Please see the prices below

First Class Standard delivery: £4.50

Next day delivery: £8.90

We do our best to meet the shipping estimated by the courier(Royal Mail) but can not guarantee them.
